Renfay is continuously seeking new opportunities for recruitment.
Our current staff have origins from all over Australia and all around the
world. There are positive positions for an indigenous Australian to join
the team.
Renfay Projects recognise the knowledge, insights and capabilities of
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Their strength and cultural
competence are highly valued.
Engagement in this area is through our subcontractors that is an
Aboriginal Registered Company. One of these companies is MGM
Building Maintenance (ABN 72 612 907 212).
Through engagement of MGM services, it assists the establishment
and work placement of the indiginous Australian team members.
RECRUITMENT
Aboriginal and Torres Disability Policy
Strait Islanders Renfay is a company seeking continuous development with our
strategies and business ways. This also includes the welfare and benefits
of our employees.
As of the moment Renfay has a full set WHS plans and policies along
with an injury policy that summarises the risk and control that is carried
out in case of an accident.
A disability policy where disabled applicants who are interested
to become part of the growing Renfay Projects team is yet to be
developed as further suitability and assessment would be required in
this area.
